Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Mercury is a non-custodial, mobile-first platform built on Hyperliquid and HyperEVM, offering trading, lending, staking, and yield generation without KYC requirements. Users interact directly with smart contracts and remain in full control of their assets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use DeFi services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws before using Mercury.

3. No Custody & User Responsibility

Mercury does not hold or manage user funds. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials. Transactions made through Mercury are irreversible, and we are not liable for lost funds, incorrect transactions, or unauthorized access.

4. No KYC & Decentralized Access

Mercury does not require KYC verification and does not collect personal data. However, your use of blockchain networks may still be subject to their own regulatory and compliance frameworks.

5. Risks & No Liability

Using Mercury involves financial risks, including but not limited to market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Mercury and its developers are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by your use of the platform.

6. No Guarantees on Performance or Availability

Mercury is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or that the platform will be free of bugs or vulnerabilities.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Mercury for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any actions that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to users engaging in prohibited activities.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Mercury interacts with third-party protocols, including Hyperliquid and HyperEVM. We do not control these external services and are not responsible for their performance, security, or availability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mercury after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the United Arab Emirates.
